Driver Bio
Nate has been racing all of his life. It’s in his blood. His Grandparents (Chuck & Wilma Sosbe) were involved in racing starting in the 1950’s. Both of his uncles, his aunt and mom drove quarter midgets back in the 1960’s. His two uncles (Chuck and Tim Sosbe) progressed into micro’s in the 1970’s. They later progressed along with his dad Tom up to full midgets in the 1980’s. Nate started going to the track when he was a baby to watch the three of them drive midgets. He would hang out in the garage as grandpa, Chuck Jr., Tim and his dad would work on the race cars.
In 1997 Tom, bought his first race car. It was a Factor One with a 250. He raced in the 250 for 3 seasons at Peru and US 24 Speedway. In 2000 he moved up to the 600 Open class at US 24 Speedway. He has been driving for his dad every since.
